ENTRY REQUIREMENTS	Age: 20 and above; 3 GCE “N” level credits including English Language, National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or equivalent qualifications.* *In lieu of entry requirements, applicants with min. 3 years of extensive work experience may be considered (subject to approval by the Board).
FREQUENCY OF LESSONS	Twice weekly* (3 hours per lesson) or full Saturdays^(6 hours)
TIMINGS	*6.30pm to 9.30pm or ^9am to 4pm

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE	A student will have to attend lessons, participate in class tutorials and to pass all the modules (2) to qualify for the award of the Certificate. Students are assessed on written examinations, multiple choice questions examinations, class discussion, tutorials and attendance. The Diploma qualification is issued by Institute of Maritime & Business Management (IMBM), a Committee for Private Education (CPE) registered school. Eligible students can progress to Diploma level with exemptions.
