Bill of Lading (including e-B/L) is an imperative document in the maritime industry with its procedures widely recognised and used in the maritime world. This 2-day short course emphasize not only its professional academic contents of the subject matter but its practical approach in handling claim cases involving bill of lading.
The trainer is a highly qualified and experienced Master Mariner with many years of experience handling claim cases with regards to marine insurance incorporating the cargo, hull and machinery (H&M) matters, and protection and indemnity (P&I) cases among others. Students will also be able to gain an appreciation of this crucial aspect of maritime sector upon course completion.
